Gift Voucher and Gift Cards

 

Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed for Quay Day Spa product online.

 

Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed towards any Quay Day Spa product or service in spa.

Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Cards are the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, cards will not be replaced.

 

Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Cards are non-refundable. 

 

Expired Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Cards do not retain any value.

Quay Day Spa reserves the right to change services without notice.

 

Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Cards must be presented upon arrival.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Voucher(s) or e-Gift Card(s).

 

You cannot use your Gift Voucher or e-Gift Card for treatments on a public holiday.

 

e-Gift Cards are automatically emailed to the requested email address. 

 

Gift Vouchers redeemed for treatments on a Sunday may incur a surcharge.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation of any treatment or therapy, without such full treatment cost will be incurred. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

 

Please choose carefully - Changing your mind

 

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

 

This includes therapies, products, prepayments and gift vouchers. We may at the owners discretion offer an alternative treatment or therapy if we are able. Unopened products may at the owners discretion be exchanged,a 10% stocking fee may apply. Any products that have been opened cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

 

Faulty Products

Should a product be proven faulty you can choose between a refund, exchange or in spa credit.

 

Reactions to products

Should you have a reaction to a product, but the product itself is not faulty we will contact the manufacturer and assist you as much as possible.

 

Service difficulties

Should any of our therapies or treatments not meet your expectations, please let us know during the treatment so we may have the opportunity of fixing the problem immediately. If for any reason you do not notify us until after you have left your treatment, please contact us immediately, so that we may discuss your concerns and find the best solutions.

 

This policy is in accordance with The Australian Consumer Law (2011).
