Part of the natural skin ageing process includes loss of firmness, elasticity and volume.
Dermal Fillers are the safest non-surgical treatment to enhance and add volume or definition to areas of the face that lack volume.
One of the most commonly used fillers are clear gels comprised of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) which is a natural sugar already present in the body. Due to its ability to store moisture, HA is responsible for giving you a plump and hydrated look.
Subtle changes with a natural whole-face approach can create an overall enhancement that is bound to improve confidence.
About Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are a facial enhancement and rejuvenation treatment for those who wish to smooth wrinkles, fill in furrows around the mouth, or add volume to the cheeks, lips, and around the eyes.
Fillers are administered via injection to ‘fill in’ facial folds and wrinkles, thus providing enhanced volume, plumpness and definition, especially in ageing skin.
Dermal fillers are most commonly used to:
Naturally enhance, volumise and define lips
Subtly rejuvenate more mature lips that have lost volume over time, causing thinning and fine lines around the mouth
Hydrate the skin from within using skin booster technology – hydrate and restore skin without altering shape
Strengthen the skin to minimise facial lines and creases
Define and enhance – adding facial structure, volume and shape to the chin, cheek and jawline
Restore volume to the temples and tear troughs
Sculpt the nose
Correct deeper nasolabial folds, down turned lip corners and ‘marionette’ lines
Improve the appearance of depressed scars, including acne scars
Rejuvenate the face
AREAS THAT CAN BE TREATED
Contraction of muscles in the forehead causes wrinkling of the skin, volume loss causes concavities, and the effects of gravity of the forehead lead to descent of the brows and eyelids. Dermal fillers can be injected into forehead lines to reduce their appearance.
Dermal Filler is ideal for giving lips enhanced volume, hydration, definition and shape. Achieving a more full, balanced and natural appearance.
Dermal Fillers can be used to shape, enhance and restore lost volume to cheeks; resulting in an instant lift and providing balance and symmetry to the entire face.
Nose to mouth lines
Nose-to-mouth (‘nasolabial’) lines start at the sides of the nose and run down to the corners of the mouth. As your cheek descends, it can exaggerate these lines creating deeper folds and shadows. Dermal fillers support this area and re-harmonise the mid face.
The temple area loses volume as we age and can create hollowing in the upper face making you appear unwell. Dermal fillers can be used to re-volumise this region.
Chin, Jawline & Marionette Lines
Dermal Filler can enhance the overall appearance of the lower face by restoring or reshaping volume providing balance and symmetry.
A tear trough is a deep crease between the lower eyelid and upper cheek. It can cast a shadow below your eyes, resulting in a tired appearance. Some people think their tear troughs make them look older.
The goal of a tear trough filler is to reduce the depth of a tear trough. A trained medical professional injects a dermal filler into the area, making the skin look fuller and tighter. It’s a nonsurgical method of facial rejuvenation.
