COVID-19 Safety Notice

As always, we will be following a high level of hygiene and sterilisation of surfaces, equipment and treatment rooms between clients.

In addition to these measures, we need your help and support to ensure that we are complying with all regulations.


If you have an upcoming appointment or will be booking in please be aware of the following updates to our policies:

  1. Please arrive on time to your appointment as we currently have limited space in our waiting area.

  2. We cannot allow any friends or children to wait inside the premises during your appointment.

  3. If you are unwell or anyone in your home is unwell please do not attend your appointment. Please keep in mind our cancellation policies and provide as much notice as possible.

  4. Please use hand sanitiser upon entry.

GIFT VOUCHERS are always available for purchase online or if you prefer to come in, please feel free to email or call us so we can prepare your gift card for you to collect.

Quay Day Spa Booking Policies

Appointment Policy

We recommend that you book your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferences are available. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking in our system for treatments that are longer than 1 hour in duration.

It is requested that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to ensure there is plenty of time to prepare for your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We do however ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice of any changes to your booking or your 50% deposit will be non-refundable.

Phone Etiquette

On entry to the Spa facility please turn off your mobile phone to assist in preserving the Day Spa ambience.


It is important that you let us know if you have any allergies or medical conditions and if required please seek medical approval before receiving your treatment. We also ask that you let us know if you are pregnant so that we can tailor your spa experience specific to your needs.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available for purchase and specific requests can be arranged. Please note that Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and that lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.

Payment Options

We accept cash, Eftpos, MasterCard and Visa.  We also offer Zip Pay and Afterpay for approved clients.
